I am a co-author of this scoping review published in Frontiers in Sports and Active Living. It brings together student-athletes’ perspectives on dual career policies, support provision and the challenges they face.
The review examines 25 studies published from 2014 to 2024. Flexible education arrangements, financial support, mentoring and institutional support networks are among the themes it identifies. The methods, scope and limitations are set out in the open-access article.
