Springboard 2 explores career opportunities in sports technology for women athletes and women sport professionals. Research, learning, mentoring and networking are complementary parts of its approach.
Through Collective Innovation, I contribute to the project’s research and content work. The project is coordinated by Igloo Innovation.
The open library includes a barrier assessment report, an eight-module curriculum and case studies of women’s career journeys. These publications offer a starting point for athletes, educators and mentors to think together.
